Welcome to the Hill-Wilson Star Map web site. You might be just a little curious about what this is all about--which is quite understandable. For well over 60 years the UFO community has been at a loss to finally prove that the UFO phenomenon is for real, and that we are actually being visited by aliens from other worlds here on Earth, our home planet. In spite of the overwhelming evidence that the UFO community has uncovered in the last six decades, our government habitually refuses to acknowledge the massive body of evidence that has been collected from around the world, to support the conclusion of visitation to our world is taking place .

More bothersome is the fact that highly reliable eyewitness testimony from ex-military and other civilian eyewitnesses with impeccable reputations are also being  ignored, and their stories end up falling on deaf ears. Then it's systematically dismissed by NASA, the well known government agency that doesn’t want to be bothered by UFO reports from the public. They have purposely gone out of their way to deny their presence, and more importantly, covering up an ongoing clandestine working relationship with some of these same alien visitors that they claim that we have yet to contact. They have continuously thumbed their noses at the Extraterrestrial Hypothesis (ETH) as a viable solution to explain the UFO phenomenon, and as a result the continual denial has become highly suspect. This is precisely what former President Eisenhower warned the American public about when he gave his farewell address.

The Extraterrestrial Hypothesis (ETH) is the hypothesis that some unidentified flying objects (UFOs) are best explained as being extraterrestrial life or non-human aliens from other planets occupying physical spacecraft visiting us here on Earth. The scientific community has paid scant attention to the Extraterrestrial Hypothesis (ETH) and has largely accepted the false explanation that reports of UFOs are the result of people misinterpreting common objects or phenomena. As a result we end up continually ask ourselves the hard question: Are we Alone? Is there anyone else out there in the vast cosmos of space? Or are we forever alone?

Major UFO events continue to take place and they routinely dismiss the dramatic testimony from the eyewitnesses. Case in point and easily cited, are the lights over Phoenix, Arizona in 1997, and the more recent case of the Stephenville, Texas incident in January 2008. Current evidence points to the thought that our right to know is being heavily censored by a worldly government within a government oversight organization, that is taking the position that you don't have the need to know-so in essence we have been capped. I fully reject NASA's claim that nothing out of the ordinary is taking place. There is too much going on world wide to accept this false statement any longer. They are here and continuing to insist that we haven't been contacted is an insult to our intelligence.

In a nutshell this is about the truth, and whether or not we are alone in the cosmos, and the correct answer to this question is that we're not special, and the many voices of reason support the position that we are being visited by highly advanced alien civilizations that are far more advanced than we are; and the UFO phenomenon here on Earth is a clear indication that something major is currently taking place. It's very obvious that their craft can do amazing things that we can only dream about. And while we don't understand their physics, there is no legitimate scientific reason to continue to deny their presence. Perhaps the disruption of our society is long overdue, and a course correction would be very beneficial to everyone.

If you ask SETI they will automatically tell you that there has been no contact with any alien society and they, and they alone are the best judge of that. The U.S. government is also very adamant that no contact with an alien civilization has ever taken place. With a  go negative mandate Project Blue Book rejected and denied everything they touched and ended up being nothing more than a public relations campaign designed to "debunk" UFOs with a urgent mandate to systematically remove the "aura of mystery" of UFOs with the American public.

In November 8th, 2011, The White House declared there is “no evidence that any life exists outside our planet” on a new official website in response to thousands of Americans who had signed a petition asking the U.S. government to reveal its search for extraterrestrials. The declaration, written by Phil Larson, who is described as a “space expert” on the staff of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, also insisted that there have been no close encounters with aliens. “The U.S .government has no evidence that any life exists outside our planet, or that an extraterrestrial presence has contacted or engaged any member of the human race,” Larson writes. “In addition, there is no credible information to suggest that any evidence is being hidden from the public’s eye.” Larson goes on to explain that just because there is no “evidence” doesn’t mean the U.S. is not actively looking and listening. “Many scientists and mathematicians have looked with a statistical mind-set at the question of whether life likely exists beyond Earth, and have come to the conclusion that the odds are pretty high that somewhere among the trillions and trillions of stars in the universe, there is a planet other than ours that is home to life,” says Larson. ”Many have also noted, however, that the odds of us making contact with any of them — especially any intelligent ones — are extremely small, given the distances involved. “That is all statistics and speculation,” Larson writes, and that the official Obama administration position is there is no “evidence” of extraterrestrial life. What they should be doing is actively looking at the same cases reviewed by the French.

However, in direct opposition to this negative stance, after studying over 500 cases the French COMETA report (1999) came out saying they were quasi-certain that the UFO phenomenon was real, while our American counterparts are just the polar opposite; refusing to give any credence to the Extraterrestrial Hypothesis or to say anything positive about the UFO phenomenon.

Per Ann Compton, “The White House declined ABC’s request to speak to space expert Phil Larson.” This is a hit and run, a mad dash to the exit and Mr. Larson has set a new world record in the 100 yard dash to avoid any thorny questions. In science there are two iron clad rules, you don’t talk about UFOs, and you don’t talk about Religion. Disclosure is about both, and that’s the crux of problem that we are currently facing. Peer pressure doesn't allow you to stray.

I have never believed their claim that nothing was going on, and my own involvement in this got started quite by accident. I was doing some academic research into the UFO phenomenon and found some interesting information that could be researched with a minimum amount of effort. So I did what the scientific community has refused to do, and that was to simply listen to their point of view, and be willing to devote some of my time and energy to intensely researching this new evidence. This anecdotal information, which is so often discredited, was sufficient enough to warrant further investigation.

The alien abduction aspect of the UFO phenomenon gets a bad rap from the scientific community who wrongly believe that there is a lack of substantial physical evidence which is not true. They are building their opinions on the foundation that there is nothing of value or substance to the UFO phenomenon, so they are free to lambast the phenomenon as deception and suggestability and proneness to fantasize false memories. It would be prudent for these individuals to actually read the studies by scientists who have actually studied the subject in depth such as John Mack, Budd Hopkins, David M. Jacobs, and Dr. Ronald Sprinkle.  Dr. Ronald Sprinkle (University of Wyoming  psychologist) became interested in the abduction phenomenon in the 1960s. For some years, he was probably the only academic figure willing to devote any time to studying or researching abduction accounts. The first alien abduction claim to be widely publicized was the Betty and Barney Hill abduction case in 1961. Some of the abductions cases are very well documented and studied and the prime example is the Hill case. For the record they passed a polygraph test given to them by F. Lee Bailey.

Physicist Bernard Haisch argues that he is convinced something is going on and that modern theories of physics and cosmology might support extraterrestrial or even inter dimensional origins for UFOs.* "Cut through the ridicule and search for factual information in most of the skeptical commentary and one is usually left with nothing. This is not surprising. After all, how can one rationally object to a call for scientific examination of evidence?"

*Bernhard Haisch, Ph.D., "Be Skeptical of the Skeptics"

Throughout history, we humans have endeavored to understand the world around us by questioning, experimenting and theorizing. That quest for knowledge remains undimmed, and new discoveries constantly challenge our deep-held beliefs about the universe. History has had many scientific "truths" that no longer enjoy acceptance in the scientific community. We should include one caveat: While we have called these "truths," we recognize that in science, nothing is ever held as immutable. Most scientists would never dream of being categorical, as there is always the possibility that a new piece of evidence will turn everything on its head. As in every academic field there have been ideas and theories that at one time were extremely influential, widely accepted by academics and formed the basis for many subsequent ideas. All of them were ultimately superseded.

A national poll conducted in 2002 found that 72 percent of Americans believe that the government is not telling the public everything it knows about UFO activity, and 68 percent think the government knows more about extraterrestrial life than it is letting on. There is much more to this story that has never seen the light of day, and when Disclosure finally comes, according to the Brookings Research Institute report (1960) we’ll probably have to re-write our history books to this shocking new reality. The research report stated that public realization that intelligent beings live on other planets could bring about profound changes, or even the collapse of our civilization. Denial is all about stopping dissemination of this information to the public. Big changes and challenges are coming to our world. Talking about the reality of UFOs has been taboo, and finding the proof is what this is all about. People are ready to hear the truth.

The name of my theory is called the Hill-Wilson star map, and it's the blended combination of information taken from two unique abduction cases. The first case is the Betty and Barney Hill case from September, 1961, and the second is critical new information from Kay and Erik Wilson from an encounter that took place in Portland, Oregon in July, 1993. They are unique because they are lifelong abduction contact 'Experiencers' who have been intimately involved in the abduction phenomenon as generational contactee's from early childhood.

These two cases are 32 years apart and the common denominator is that they both had the courage to simply ask where they came from.  Betty Hill drew the map and Erik Wilson got critical new information on how to locate their star.

September 19th, 2011 marked the 50th anniversary of the Betty and Barney Hill case, one of the world’s best known and documented cases of alien abduction ever recorded in the history of Ufology. On a lonely road in the White mountains of New Hampshire, they became the victim to the perfect crime of a horrific abduction by the occupants of an unknown flying object late at night. The Hills’ story is a richly detailed CEIII-5 abduction case with a highly unusual epic tale of being stopped by a group of humanoids on a side gravel road and taken aboard their landed spacecraft for medical examination. It soon became the most thoroughly investigated UFO case study ever, and their story got worldwide attention.

 Betty and Barney Hill

One of the more memorable events that took place while they were on board the alien spacecraft was Betty Hill’s impromptu question to the leader being as she asks him: Where do you come from?

She was very curious about their origins and wanted to know where his home port was, so she asked him where he was from; and then in response, he asked her if she knew anything about the universe. She advised him that she knew practically nothing. The leader being in the room with her then walked across the room and opened up a cabinet in the side and pulled out a map from the opening in the wall, he put it up and then he asked her if she had ever seen a map like this before?  Betty then walked across the room and looked up to view the star map that she said was a three dimensional holographic image of the heavens. Betty says she leaned against the table that was in front of her. Under hypnosis Betty described the star map as being oblong. The star map that she was looking at had dots scattered all over it, some were little, some just pin-points, and two others were as big as a nickel. She went into further detail as she then said that she saw curved lines going from one dot to another. When Betty asked him to explain what the lines indicated, he told her that the broken lines were expeditions to other worlds. As she looked at the star map she wondered where he was from, and then out of curiosity she asked him where he was from, but he never volunteered the answer. Instead he turned the question around and asked her: “Where are you on this map?” Betty chuckled and told him that she didn’t know; and then he replied, “If you don’t know where you are, there wouldn’t be any point in my telling you where I am from.” He never volunteered any specific information as to where their home world was at. John Fuller would later write the book: The Interrupted Journey documenting the Betty and Barney Hill story.

 Betty Hill's Star map

The question:  did they really get abducted and is the star map for real?

Betty and Barney Hill had absolutely no interest in UFOs prior to their abduction, and it was totally out of character for them to suddenly take such great interest in this subject. The mssing time that they experienced was for real. Even though Betty Hill had passed a polygraph test Carl Sagan would still call their abduction a hallucination.

Now the ultimate question: Do you know where you are on the star map?
